- What’s Included: bed linens & towels (plus pool towels), cleaning once a week, pool & garden maintenance (done early).
- A/C etiquette: keep doors/windows closed; ideal setting ~22°C
- Pool safety: no diving, no glass by the pool, supervise children, remove oils before swimming. Size: 6×4 m; depth: 1.10–1.90 m
- BBQ & shade: fully extinguish embers;
- close parasols/awnings overnight or in strong winds.
- Parking: private on-site parking.
- Rubbish/recycling: green skips = waste, blue = recycling.
